Yes & No. We implement your Revenue Engine using your current marketing and sales operations stack (or right-size it). You own the systems and dashboards, but you may implement marketing/sales technology to optimize or fill in current gaps.
Do you replace our marketing team or agency?
We lead strategy and systems, and we enable your team or coordinate with any agencies you are currently working with and want to keep. We are here to enhance your success, not take over and push everyone out of the way.
What if we’re not ready for the full Engine?
The Diagnostic sometimes finds a prerequisite. In that case, we’ll run a short FOCUS Sprint (Offer-Market Fit) or a Marketing OS Build to get capture→nurture live. Then we move straight into the Revenue Engine.
What if our data is a mess?
